8. Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States.

 

Shipping Method
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using a tracked international postal or courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most orders fall below the current US duty-free threshold; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Customs Declarations

Delays and Liability

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

 

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs

• We recommend using a tracked service, especially for international returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

 

Returns from the United States

• Return postage costs from the USA are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Any customs fees or charges incurred on return parcels may be deducted from the refund

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads (including patterns) are non-refundable

• Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
