I’m delighted to offer shipping to the USA from my Somerset studio in the UK.
Shipping Method
All US orders are sent using a tracked international service to ensure your parcel arrives safely. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days from dispatch, although this can occasionally take longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. I always aim to keep postage costs as fair as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped to the USA are usually not subject to customs charges, as they often fall below the current duty-free threshold. However, please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
Your order will be carefully packaged to keep it safe in transit, and I aim to keep parcels as compact and letterbox-friendly as possible where I can.

How do I care for my item?
I recommend caring for your cushion by lightly vacuuming it with an upholstery attachment and regularly fluffing it. For surface cleaning of cushions or tote bags, use a damp cloth, making sure to remove any excess water to avoid watermarks. If you choose to use an upholstery cleaning product on either your cushion or tote bag, ensure it is suitable for delicate fabrics and test it on a small area first.
Do you offer returns?
All of my products are handmade using a mix of vintage, scrap, and new fabrics, making each piece truly unique. While the fabrics may vary from the photos, I hope you’ll love the final result. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
