Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, just contact me within three days of delivery Dispatch returns back to me within 30 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do I care for my cushion?
How to I look after my board?
Due to the mix of new, vintage, and reclaimed fabrics used we recommend caring for your cushion by lightly vacuuming with an upholstery attachment.
Surface clean only with a damp cloth ensuring excess water is removed to prevent watermarks.
If using an upholstery cleaning product, ensure it is suitable for delicate fabrics and test on a small area first.
Wash/scrub with hot lightly soapy water, do not submerge.
Not suitable for dishwasher use.
Colour of boards may change/deepen over time; this is a natural product and will age gracefully with use.
To prolong the life of your serving board we recommend applying a conditioning wood balm on a regular basis. Our wood conditioning balm contains mineral oil, a nourishing and protective food safe oil along with beeswax a natural conditioner and sealant.
